1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ParkSetu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ParkSetu provides a platform connecting vehicle owners (drivers) with parking lot operators. Our services include:

• Parking space discovery and real-time availability
• Online slot booking and reservation management
• Digital entry/exit via QR codes and NFC
• Digital payment processing
• Navigation and parking guidance
• Parking lot management tools for operators

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Booking & Payments

• Booking confirmations are subject to slot availability
• Prices are set by parking lot operators and may vary
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay)
• GST and applicable taxes will be included as per Indian law
• Auto-debit features require your explicit consent

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 30 minutes before booking start time
• Late cancellation: A fee of up to 25% of booking value may apply
• No-show: Full booking amount will be charged
• Cancellation policies may vary by parking operator

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Follow parking rules and regulations at each location
• Vacate the parking slot within the booked duration
• Do not engage in illegal activities within parking premises

7. Limitation of Liability

ParkSetu acts as a platform connecting drivers with parking operators. We are not liable for:

• Vehicle damage, theft, or loss at parking locations
• Actions of parking lot operators or their staff
• Inaccurate availability information due to technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to ParkSetu are owned by PARUL TRADE. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Booking Refunds

• Cancelled 30+ minutes before: Full refund
• Cancelled 15–30 minutes before: 75% refund
• Cancelled less than 15 minutes before: 50% refund
• No-show: No refund

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused days remaining.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. Disputes

For refund disputes, please contact us at support@parksetu.com with your booking ID and transaction details. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.

🗑️ Data Deletion Request

Last Updated: February 12, 2026

If you wish to delete your ParkSetu account and all associated data, you can:

• In-App: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• Email: Send a request to support@parksetu.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information and vehicle details
• Booking preferences and saved locations
• App usage data and search history

What We Retain

• Transaction records (required by law for up to 3 years)
• GST invoices and tax-related records
• Data required for ongoing legal proceedings

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of receiving the request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
